Immersive Community Experience
HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS
A Comprehensive Guide on How to Survive the 2020 Holidays
The holidays are already known to be a stressful time of the year, with the added layer of COVID-19, we developed this program in order to provide an additional outlet of support and psychoeducation for you to add to your toolbox.
Home for the Holidays is an Immersive Community Experience we put together so that you can understand what you’re feeling, learn new ways to manage it, and reconnect with your joy this holiday season.
When you purchase this experience, you will have access to over 70 pages of information, activities, and journal prompts, weekly Q&A Zoom calls with Dr. Claudia and Dr. Nicole, and access to a community Facebook group where you will receive more resources, support, and meditations by our 500-hour Yoga Instructor, Grace.
This 70+ page guide will assist and support you, if you find yourself deeply affected by these unprecedented times. It will help to provide you with tools to manage symptoms of loneliness, fear and hope, while also aiding in creatively adding new ideas to revamp newly formed traditions to get into the holiday spirit during the global pandemic of COVID-19.
Survive the 2020 Holidays
A guide on how to manage anxiety, stress, and feel connected through the holidays.
In this guide we will discuss...
2020 has brought us a myriad of issues, difficult conversations, and heavy feelings, and despite us talking about it all year, we wanted to DO something about it. That’s why we created this Immersive Community Experience. Maybe we can’t all meet in person and have group therapy and fun events face to face, but at least we can still share, learn, and be together virtually to help us get through some of the rougher parts of this holiday season.
Home For The Holidays is an immersive community experience led by CMC Therapy's Clinical Director, Dr. Claudia Caprio, LMHC, Dr. Nicole Linardi, LMHC, and Grace Elliott, RYT500 to bring you a comprehensive survival guide on how to navigate the 2020 holiday season.
In this guide we cover topics like:
Exploring Stress During The Holiday Season
The Impacts of The Global Pandemic
Isolation and quarantine
How the pandemic is affecting our mental health
The Impact of Covid-19 on Our Relationships
Our relationships with our partners
Our relationships with our children
Our relationship with ourselves
How to Celebrate The Holidays
Who is this for?
This experience is for individuals facing loneliness, anxiety, overwhelm, or depression. It’s for parents managing their new roles, students facing difficulty adapting to new systems, and it’s especially great for couples. We wanted to sprinkle a little something for everyone in this program because we know that some people may be experiencing more than one of these difficulties.
So along with gaining awareness over a variety of topics, you’ll be working on journal prompts to help you dive deeper into your own experience. You can then take any questions that may have come up for you to the Live Q&A Zoom calls every Thursday at 1:00 PM EST, or the Facebook group to access Dr. Claudia, Dr. Nicole, or Grace for a little more guidance.
We hope this experience we’ve put together helps you feel a little more at ease and prepared to face whatever challenges the holidays will bring this year. So gift it to yourself or someone who may really need it. Don’t just survive the rest of 2020, thrive in it. Give yourself the chance to overcome what you’re feeling and get back into the jovial spirit of the holidays so that you can welcome 2021 with wide-open arms.
This Immersive Community Experience will be open and available from now until January 4th, 2021. Join us today!
